At least I assume it's an earwig. Photo isn't the best. It was only about 1.5cm long so quite small for my lens. Presented with a lot of little white grubs (only a few mm).

Yes, it is an earwig, but I have no clue as to exactly which species - according to this publication, 57 species are known from Colombia: https://es.slideshare.net/byronerazochalapud/dermptera-48866698
The 'grubs' actually are springtails (order Collembola).
