I have never seen this before.
A friend took this picture of two large bugs on her window, left and lower left of the poster.
Each body is about 2 cm long.
I'll be surprised if more imagery will be available.
CLOSED: Large proboscis?
My best guess is that these are caddisflies (order Trichoptera) in repose with their antennae appressed together giving the appearance of a long proboscis. See https://www.solutionsstores.com/media/wysiwyg/caddisfly.png for a more usual pose. These are harmless, and their larvae are an important part of the freshwater aquatic food web.

This also illustrates the value in taking more/better pictures from more angles - like with plants.
