I have several of these bugs on my siding. What kind of bugs are these? Do I need to be worried? If yes, how do I get rid of them?

These are boxelder bugs (family Rhopalidae; Boisea sp.); very common and widespread nuisance pests that do little if any real harm, but smell bad and leave stains if you goosh them...
