Hopefully you have enough detail in these photos it’s poor quality just wondering if it’s dangerous. Found in buffalo NY

It's a cobweb/comb-footed spider in the genus Steatoda, most likely S. triangulosa which has not been known to bite humans. Some other species in this genus can deliver a very painful (personal experience) but not dangerous bite.
