There is a recent appearance of these bugs in my garden, many in number. They are about the same size as a lady bug but more elongated. They gather in large numbers on a large flowering bush. Grateful for any identification and/or if they are considered a pest. Thank you for looking. Apologies for the poor quality of the pictures, I have to blame the wind and the fact that the bugs themselves moove.
