I've been told this colorful fellow is poisonous if eaten by a bird. Don't know if that's true?ID please.

It's in the genus Paramaxtas, possibly P. nordestensis or P. poecilosoma - https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/119631-Paramastax
I could find no infornation as their being poisonous...
