Unfortunately a poor photograph but this insect certainly has impressive antennae.
Flying Moose?
I believe what you have there is a male glow-worm beetle in the family Phengodidae - see http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/568586002 for another example. The female beetles in this family remain larviform their entire life - see http://picssr.com/tags/glowwormbeetle for an example.
