How much for Pink Princess mother plant?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew what the going price would be for a mature 2’ tall pink princess philodendron? It’s not very bushy, but has a mature stem and is currently about 2’ tall with new leaves coming in... I’ve been on the hunt and am familiar with younger/smaller cuttings but finally located a mother plant! I might purchase for $225 but want sure if that sounded good? I know they’re slow growing...
