This spider is in my Burning Bushes, and it is killing the area it is in. I have no idea what type of spider this is, any additional information is greatly appreciated. The pictures were taken 09/04/18.

Looks like a trashline orb weaver in the genus Cyclosa - It would not be damaging your plants, but just feeding on the insects it finds there - https://www.flickr.com/photos/131104726@N02/16939250677
