Wow - The only thing that I can tell you for certain is that it's a male, which you probably already knew. The shape of its cephalothorax reminds me somewhat of a huntsman (family Sparassidae), but I have never seen one of those as slender/spindly in appearance as your specimen. It would be nice to see its eye pattern as that would help narrow down the possibilities...
From what I'm able to see, the pattern resembles that of an orb weaver more than any other common family. If it is an araneid, it certainly is the oddest one I've seen. I'll see if I can come up with anything else...
