Small, half-inch or so. Not that many of them. Mainly wondering if they're a pest or maybe beneficial (like eats aphids).

Beneficial - Larva of a lady beetle (Coccinellidae).
Great! That checks out. Thanks for the ID. I will definitely leave them alone. The more ladybugs the better.
