Help me with my blow flies. Please

Hello, my husband and Inlove in zone 5. We have a beautiful garden, and this and last summer have had infestations of blow flies everywhere. They invade our house, and sit on our flowers outside. We can’t eat outside cause they attack us. No clue what to do. We are very clean, no dogs or anything. Our neighbors have two huge dogs super close to us and they say they don’t have this problem. How do I get rid of them?!!!!!!!??!!? It is enough to drive you insane.

Could you please try to obtain some close-up images of these flies and post them here? However you capture them, place them in a refrigerator for an hour or so before photographing them so that they will remain still enough for you to take the picture.
