I believe I have this plant and need to cut it back due to work being done to my home. Currently, it is espaliered and I'm not sure how extreme to prune it without damaging it. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

WOW! Posted this over a year ago, to Ask-a-Dave's-Gardener, and no replies. Now someone wants a piece of it. Unbelievable!!!

I pruned a cotoneaster way, way back to its basic framework, and it came back just fine. Yours looks amazingly healthy, and needs pruning anyway. As it is, it's bad for the house. I'd take it back to about 3' tall.
