Is it a millipede if so do you know what kind and is there any way to keep them from infesting my house? Like are they attracted to something?

It is a flat-backed millipede in the family Paradoxosomatidae. For the most part, these are harmless scavengers on decomposing organic matter, but one species known as the garden or greenhouse millipede can damage tender plants. The best control consists of keeping your premises as dry as practical (they are very susceptible to desiccation) and the removal of as much debris as possible that provides cover for them. See https://www.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Millipedes for details.
