This is a woodlouse spider, also called a woodlouse hunter. As the name implies, it specializes in feeding on the terrestrial crustaceans known variously as woodlice, sowbugs, pillbugs, roly polys, etc. They have very strong jaws to penetrate the tough 'skin' of their prey, and can inflict a painful bite if mishandled. However, they are not aggressive towards humans and their venom is not dangerous to humans. See https://spiderid.com/spider/dysderidae/dysdera/crocata/
