About 5 of these landed on me yesterday while laying in the backyard. They walk, sway, then jump (incredibly fast, watch the video!). A little spiked tail. Light like the picture, or a little greener.

What is this?!? Thanks.
What is this tiny jumping bug?!?
Appears to be a nymph of a planthopper; the image is not clear enough for a more specific determination.

Thanks for responding... I added a close up, zoomed in pic of the insect. Hope this helps.
On closer inspection, it now looks more like a leafhopper nymph - see https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e3/Japananus_hyalinus_nymph_Cambridge_August_2015.jpg for an example.
