Someone rtiesce to recognize this caterpillar despite the photo does not fully recover? It is about 7 cm long.
I know it's difficiule but I hope so!

It's a sphinx moth caterpillar (family Sphingidae); it looks like Proserpinus proserpina (willowherb hawk-moth) - see http://www.leps.it/images/Sphingidae/InLeSpPrPrL0003.jpg
