I brought home some plumeria cuttings from Hawaii and they are growing very nicely. They are currently in pots in the house in south and west facing windows getting 8 hours of full sun. When going on vacation, I am concerned about them getting enough light since I don't plan on keeping my window shades open while away, I don't have any neighbors that can watch them.
Should I supplement them with grow lights on a timer or will that confuse them?
I would rather not leave them outside as some potted plants have been known to grow legs and walk away in my area.
what to do with plumerias while on vacation
