No idea what your plant is, but it looks very interesting. You'd probably have better luck if you tried the Plant Identification forum. Just a suggestion.
It looks like a Dusty Miller with lots of fertilizer. Many have smaller leaves.It should bloom yellow flowers. I just cut mine back.
