Small water loving flowering plants

Hi,

I have a small self watering planter. The size of the pot is about 2.5 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches high. Because this is a self watering planter the soil will always be wet. I'm interested in planting a small flowering plant that will not rot in this planter, can you please suggest a few? I'm in NY.
