In Colombia. Not at all sure thatīt what it is but if so it is terrestrial and may be one of the non blood sucking variety.

To me, this looks more like a terrestrial planarian (flatworm) than a leech - see https://pics.davesgarden.com/pics/2010/07/04/alfu/76bcc1.jpg for an example.
