Hi everyone!
Summer has almost started and with it, new kinds of bugs have started appearing across the home. We've had problems with roaches (blatella germanica) lately, so I've become a bit paranoid trying to identify all bug species that roam around my garden and whereabouts.
I sprayed the floor with one of those insecticides that supposedly last for several months, and today I found two of these dead bugs. They appear to have a long body, and two strange appendices coming out the front and back.
At first glance, they don't look like roach nymphs, which is my primary concern. However, the size and color is very similar. That's why I was thinking that maybe it is shed skin from roach nymphs.
Could somebody please help me identify this?
Cheers!

This was a centipede; it actually was helping you by preying on other small arthropods in your home.

That's too bad! I usually like spiders for that same reason.
Thank you very much for your time. I suspected it was a centipede, but I am so worried about those damn roaches I just wanted to be entirely sure it wasn't one of them.
