I found this moth(?) dead in my flower pot. It's not very large and is quite beautiful with transparent double wings, one larger than the other. I've since noticed live ones in our lilac bush but haven't been able to get a picture yet. It is just over an inch long I would say. Sorry I didn't take an all over body shot...

It's a clearwing hummingbird moth in the genus Hemaris; likely the snowberry clearwing, H. diffinis - https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/358549-Hemaris-diffinis
