The one with a sort of red stem and multi-lobed leaves. It's growing on a fence, should I destroy it, or wait and see if it blooms.

What is this vine?
Not the best picture but it looks like it could be porcelain berry vine.
Thank you, I searched Porcelain Berry Vine, and found one picture with leaves looking like the ones on the vine in my yard. I'd never heard of this plant before.
I'll be cutting it off and treating the stub with weed killer, I don't need any more invasive exotics.
It's difficult to get a good picture where it's located but I'll try for a better one when I get it out of there.
More photos of vine. I think this is a second year plant, I had cut it off last year without noticing that it was something new to me.
I found five more of these this morning, all less than a foot tall and about 100 yards from this one, each of them got a dose of 2-4-D.
There appears to be small flowers on the one in the pictures.
