Back in April, I planted some sweet pea flowers from seed. They sprouted at least a month ago, but they refuse to grow. They grew to about 2 inches, and have not gotten any taller in weeks. They look green and healthy. What's going on? Would appreciate any help.
Details:
I'm in zone 6b.
seeds were started outside in a pot of garden soil from the home improvement center
They sprouted in maybe a week or two around mid April.
2 or 3 weeks ago, I transplanted them to the ground and added fertilizer.
They get full sun, well draining soil and water if the soil feels dry.
