Hello all! Wondering if someone can ID this bug. I know tape isn’t the preferred method, but the top view is actually decent. The bottom, however, not so much. Very small. It has two antennae you can see in the view from the top. Appears to be winged but it never flew, just crawled. Thanks in advance!

This appears to be a plant bug in the family Miridae; I hesitate to attempt a more specific identification, as there are several species that can have this general appearance. See https://utahpests.usu.edu/ipm/ornamental-pest-guide/arthropods/plant-lace-seed-bugs/ash-plant-bug for an example.
