Any thoughts on what spider this is?

Have been seeing alot of these spiders around I'm curious what they are. They seem to be very prominent to the point that I only see one or two other kinds.

Can you post an image that shows the entire spider? The eye pattern resembles that of a fishing spider (family Pisauridae), but I cannot be certain from this image.

I threw that one out but I'm sure to find another soon I can take a picture of. I looked into the fishing spiders and don't think that it's them due to the lack of bands on the legs and body. These spiders are more of a solid light brown with very little color variation over the body and legs.
