Seed starting/Germination steps for Lamprocampnos spectabilis

Unfortunately the seedling which I posted for identification is most probably a weed.
But I have 1 more packet and I will try once again.
I found at least 3 different variations of it's cold stratification method-
-Cold stratification in fridge for 6 weeks followed by sowing.
-Keeping them at a warmer temperature for 2weeks before shifting it to a fridge.
- Soaking them in warm water for 12 hours before stratification.
Which should I follow?
