As these caterpillars are protected by their webbing from contact sprays of any kind, you might try a bacteria-based product that they would ingest - see https://www.summitchemical.com/2012/03/control-caterpillars-and-webworms-without-using-harsh-chemicals/ for an example.

Hard to tell exactly what they are at this early stage of their development. If you allow any of them to grow larger, please post images of them at later stages of their development.

Nope, nope, nope. That curry plant has enough problems trying to survive. We have so many different bugs at so many stages...
