Could you please tell me what kind of spider this is, I live on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. She was pretty large and moved pretty fast!

It's a jumping spider in the genus Phidippus - see https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/58421-Phidippus-johnsoni for an example. These are active hunters with very good eyesight and are harmless to humans.
