I am pretty sure this is a maple. Does anyone know what kind? Or maybe it isn't a maple but it is beautiful.

You will need more info to narrow it down. What color sumatras? What color does it turn in the fall?

pretty sure it is Moose Maple from what can tell from picture, sometimes refered to as Moosewood.
