I’ve seen these guys all over in my car. They seem to like dark places and obviously any food thats on the floor. They are mostly sedentary whenever I encounter them and only move when I nudge them. I’ve vacuumed my car several times and they just won’t go away! What are these bugs and how do I get rid of them?
This looks like a saw-toothed grain beetle, Oryzaephilus surinamensis or its close cousin, a merchant grain beetle (O. mercator). These are cosmopolitan pests of dry stored food products.
