I was waiting for the train when this little guy landed on my phone. Aside from the orange legs, long antennae, and greenish wings, I also noticed that it seemed to have no stinger. I'm no bug expert, but I just wanted to make sure I knew what kind of insect this was.
(I apologise for the quality. It was taken in a rush as the train had come.)

It is an ichneumon wasp, but I cannot be more specific from this image.
