Terrible: Half Price Hostas

Has anyone had a bad experience with these people, or even know who they are? My first (and last) purchase (yes, I looked them up, but, amazing, people LIE online!) was for 5 Brim Cup and 5 White Feather Hostas, and 5 Dicentra. After NOTHING came for weeks, trying to contact them, call them, etc, I at last saw a notice on a FB page. Their PC crashed and their "label printer" was on the fritz,ergo the delays. So? HAND print the label and get the product out! AND they charged me $15.00 for "priority shipping" even with this weeks and weeks delay.
The roots finally arrived, and they shorted me the Brim Cups by FOUR. Four.
I cannot get in touch with these crooks. They have no more room on their VM, and they will not return emails or FB requests for info.
I suggest everyone stay away from HALF PRICE HOSTAS.
