indoor palm with disease ?

This is an indoor mini palm I have had for years. Suddenly it has something wrong. If you know what it is, please tell me how to fix it.

have you changed
lighting? Palms inside are sensitive to too much or too little light
Air flow? Has the air flow around it changed?
Watering? Have you changed the watering schedule?

Palms are very sensitive to changes in their environment. I gave up growing them years ago.

You might look at the underside of the leaves to be sure there are no mites attacking the leaves.
