Not receiving my weekly newsletter

San Clemente, CA(Zone 10a)

I've tried using the "Contact" page but I never hear back from anyone. Don't know what else to try. Miss my newsletter!

Good luck getting a response. Since the new owners took over a few years ago, there have been no response from anyone in admin.

Since Terry retired, the only one left to do all the Admin work is Melody. I think it can get overwhelming. You might try sending her a Dmail through her member page: https://davesgarden.com/members/melody

I 'm not getting my newsletter since October, 2017..I'm supposed to be paid up until April 2018..
Even Melody Isn't responding anymore... My 12 month subscription lasted 6 months..I think they owe me some money back..
Anyone else having problems?
This might be a "word to the wise"..don't renew your subscriptions to the Newsletter as you won't get it and you will be out $19.95.

I do not think membership dues are for the newsletter but for using the site and unlimited use of Plantfiles. Here is a link to see all the newsletters.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for that link Kell..It would be a lot easier if the administrators would do their jobs, and continue to send the "newsletter" every Monday as in the past..Usually they relied on Melody to "get er done", not anymore..
You mentioned my membership dues didn't really pertain to the "newsletter" but were allowing me to navigate the Dave's Garden Website and also for the "plantfiles".. I'm not one that really has used the "plantfiles" that much.. and as far as using the site.. I'm confused what a membership entitles one to do vs someone that is not a paying member..I did read the weekly newsletter religiously, and really considered it a source of information..I always checked the "garden watchdog', when it was up to date..and had current reviews pertaining to new additions and gardening startups...I also looked for forums that were of interest , like greenhouse forums, regional forums and vegetable forums..I just don't see as much activity and responses on those as I did in the past.. I'll keep searching.

I know this is a late reply, but better late than never.

Newsletters have been halted, which is why no-one has received them in some time.
I'm working on a brand new weekly newsletter and it should be ready to go soon!

Tyson, thanks for your help, getting me logged back in. And thanks for replying to everyone's post. It sure makes a difference. So many have had different problems, and got frustrated when no one answered. DG has lost a lot of people because of it.

Just an update. The new Monday newsletter was sent last Monday 5/21.

If you didn't receive it and would like to be added, just let me know.
