This is a bug I found in my bathroom... never seen it before could anyone help me identify it?

This is a larva of a beetle in the family Dermestidae (carpet/hide/skin/larder beetles and allies), likely in the genus Anthrenus. These will feed on a wide variety of organic materials, including wool/silk fabrics, feathers, dead insects, dry stored food products, etc. Try Googling "varied carpet beetle"
