I have found several of these around the condo - any Idea as to what it is?

The image is none too clear, but I believe that it is an elm seed bug, Arocatus melanocephalus (family Lygaeidae), an introduced species that has become a nuisance pest in many areas. See https://ask.extension.org/questions/339754 for additional information.
