Since the late summer I have found about a dozen of these in my house. Can anybody identify it for me? Thank you

This is an ichneumon wasp in the genus Coelichneumon; likely Coelichneumon navus - see http://www.theearlybirder.com/insects/hymenoptera/ichneumons4/pages/Coelichneumon%20navus%206015800.htm
It is parasitic on the caterpillars of moths in the families Erebidae and Geometridae.
