found this little guy in the lawn in south Alabama 11-12-2017. Uncertain if he is a wasp or dragonfly larvae or a moth?
any help would be grand. he seems to be moving slowly
CLOSED: grub caterpillar wasp? sphinx moth?
Looks like a larva of a long-horned wood-boring beetle (family Cerambycidae) - see http://dkbdigitaldesigns.com/clm/sites/default/files/images/CLM-6851_0.jpg for an example. What it might be doing out in the open like that is anybody's guess...
Thank you! Seems to be him!
