It's a nymph of a German cockroach, a peridomestic species that can be difficult to control.

Thank you VERY much. I found this in a bathroom at my place of employment. I will have to pass this on. They exterminated one side of the building due to finding what was believed to be a bed bug nymph, but I never saw that bug so I don’t know how to compare it to this. An exterminator said it was too young to identify so they treated that whole end of the building.
