Found this spider in my jobs kitchen. Boss wants to know if it is poisonous, or if it is even a spider ( I only see 6 legs). Please help. We are in Vista, CA.

Jumping spider; looks like a Phidippus sp. that has lost two of its legs (not an uncommon occurrence among spiders). Not poisonous (you probably wouldn't get sick if you ate one), but mildly venomous; not dangerous to humans...
