This is a mygalomorph spider (the group that includes tarantulas and trapdoor spiders); it might be in the family Nemesiidae (wishbone/burrowing spiders). It appears to be a male, likely wandering about in search of a mate. Their venom does not appear to be dangerous to humans, but because of the size of their chelicerae ('fangs'), their bite can be quite deep, and thus there may be a possibility of a secondary bacterial infection of the wound.

Hello,

Thank you so much for the answer, exactly what i was looking for when i signed up to this site, i will keep you updated on how to wound is progressing, but im certainly way more relieved with the answer you gave me.
The wound appears now to be healing, altough still some water coming out of it.

Thank you,
sincerely,
