The first spider is a cobweb/comb-footed spider in the genus Sreatoda, such as S. grossa - http://www.spiders.us/image/steatoda-grossa-19/; the second one appears to be a brown widow spider, https://www.scpr.org/programs/offramp/2014/04/22/37082/invasive-brown-widow-spiders-are-pushing-out-black/
