It looks more like something in the genus Poanes to me - see https://farm6.static.flickr.com/5533/9082154246_9b8c9181f1_b.jpg for an example.
I have found specific i.d.s of little skippers such as this one to be somewhat problematic at times...
Thanks, The spots sure line up as does the bluish back so it does look like a Poanes melane.
