Looked for a while for an ID with no success, any ideas
caterpillar SW Pennsylvania
This is a caterpillar of a moth in the family Notodontidae (prominents), it looks like Macrurocampa marthesia, known as the mottled prominent - http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/image/138327353 and https://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/sighting_details/1076560
