CLOSED: Please Identify these 2!

First one was in my basement on my counter hiding under rubber gloves.

Second ones are near my pond everywhere.

The first one is a ground beetle (family Carabidae), these are general predators on other small arthropods. The others look like winged ants, but the images are too fuzzy to be certain...

Thanks Flapdoodle, Here is one more pic. Not sure if it's better quality or not. Are they the same as a termite or different bugs?
