Sorry for the picture quality. I found it in a friend's yard. At first, I thought it was American Ginseng but the berries/flowers are white. Then I thought it was lily of the valley but no. Could someone enlighten me? Thanks!

Looks like a small pokeweed plant (Phytolacca americana).
