It's very small(although some are bigger than others) and it seeems to flood my romm from the window(the biggest concentration is around it and I sow some outside it as well so i think it's from there) and crowl over the walls. they look brown to me with a black dot on them.
they are really small so sorry for the bad picture, is it possible to identify them with it? can it be a bed bug and will them bite?

Possibly mites, but cannot be certain from these images...
I think I sow them jump, can they be fleas?
Very unlikely to be fleas. Other possibilities include booklice and springtails, both harmless nuisance pests...
