I planted Fordhook 242 Lima Beans in my garden this year. Most of them came out fine but about one quarter of the pods have misshapen beans in them. What could be causing this problem?
What is the cause of misshapen lima beans?
I would suspect they were bitten, by bugs sampling them, or by uneven watering. Both will cause a hitch in growth patterns, did you take pix?
